Four applications of deburring equipment:

3. The cleaning brush is a commonly used industrial roller brush. It is generally used for the deep processing of agricultural and sideline products, fruit and vegetable cleaning and industrial general cleaning, dust removal and descaling. The brush requires good wear resistance, high elasticity, corrosion resistance and aging resistance. If the brush function is not good, when the object forms a brush roller groove in a certain direction for a long time, the use function of the roller brush is destroyed, and even the entire brush roller is invalid;

4. Grinding brushes are used less. Generally, industrial grinding will be done directly with grinding tools such as grinding wheels. These are not in the field of industrial brushes, but are used for textile grinding processing. Silicon carbide grinding brush rollers will be used. The mesh (density) of silicon carbide and The strength of the abrasive fabric needs to be adjusted appropriately.
