Grinding stainless steel?


1. Generally speaking, it is more moderate to be in a straight line with the polished surface!


2. Semi-fine grinding, mainly for repairing the unsealing in the process, and further fine grinding the grinding marks generated in the previous step, and repeatedly grinding the marks left in the rough grinding, so that the surface of the workpiece is scratch-free. marks, surface brightening, etc. Usually, an 800# abrasive belt is used to grind the three sides of the workpiece according to the previous method of grinding the workpiece back and forth. The surface roughness of this process should reach R0.4mm. In this process, no new scratches and bumps should be produced. If this happens, it will be difficult to repair in the subsequent process.


3. Fine grinding, the main purpose of this process is to grind the welding joints of the part and the unground part of the workpiece, remove all scratches and bumps on the surface of the workpiece, and make the surface of the workpiece brighter.


Usually, the 1000# abrasive belt is mainly used to correct and grind the fine lines that appear in the previous process. The grinding method is the same as the above. The workpiece after grinding through this process should be basically close to the mirror effect, and the surface roughness of the workpiece should reach R0.1mm.

1. The mirror surface uses a high-speed motor to drive a wool wheel (available in the market), and cooperates with Daqingla to mirror the previous polishing method. The main purpose of this process is to mirror the workpiece that has been polished in the previous steps. light, rather than further grinding. 2. Polishing This process is the last process of mirror polishing. A full mirror effect is achieved.
