1. Machine function: This series of machines is a multi-functional metal surface treatment equipment composed of a wide abrasive belt and a universal roller brush. 2. Features of the machine:

•Four groups/six groups/eight groups of roller brushes, each roller brush rotates on its own, and the rotation directions of the two adjacent ones are opposite, which can ensure that the abrasive can fully contact each part of the product, thereby achieving better treatment effect.

• The workpiece is pre-grinded and wire-drawn with a wide abrasive belt.

•Vacuum conveying/magnetic adsorption conveying platform, which can realize 50*50mm workpiece processing.

•Equipment operation door is equipped with power-off function, multiple safety protection measures, and multiple danger warning signs.

•The whole series of machines are equipped with the roller brush abrasive compensation function as standard, eliminating the trouble of manual adjustment.

•Built-in light source, and the door panel is equipped with an acrylic viewing window to visualize the entire processing process.

• Consumables are evenly consumed, have a long service life and are easy to replace.

•With industrial pulse vacuum cleaner/wet vacuum cleaner, it can effectively absorb dust, which is safe and environmentally friendly.
